We are hiring for a Senior Living Physical Therapist/PT to join our passionate team in Monroe Township, NJ! Weekday Daytime PRN Hours Available to Cover Brookdale Monroe Assisted Living Facility.

As a Physical Therapist, you can expect:
o the ability to build in-person trusted therapist-patient relationships o continuing education and tuition reimbursement opportunitieso independence and autonomy o career growth possibilities o Evaluates the patient to determine rehab potential, identifies needs, establishes an individualized treatment plan of care, and sets goals to be used in the team plan of care.
o Sets initial STG's and LTG's.
o Utilizes equipment in a proper and safe manner, maintains equipment inspection, maintenance and cleaning logs, reports broken or faulty equipment.
o Maintains equipment logs for required equipment in the outpatient clinic.
o Follows medical regimen developed for the patient.
Is aware of and adheres to precautions (THR, TKR, Cardiac, Wound, etc.
).
o Utilizes the following safe treatment techniques:
transfers, positioning, feeding, splinting, paraffin bath, cryotherapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, etc.
o Completes D/C summary on each patient on their final visit to outpatient PT.
o Current Physical Therapist licensure in state of practice.
o Current CPR certification required.
o Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
Salary:
$49 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
